All orders ship free. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS, SpeedX, GOFO, or Cainiao depending on your location.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Track your order at any time at snuggyo.com/apps/17TRACK or by clicking the link in your confirmation email. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

Customs & Import Duties

Snuggyo ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@snuggyo.com and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
