If you are not completely satisfied with your Snuggyo Harness for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. Your dog's comfort is our priority — if it doesn't work for them, it doesn't work for us.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information
• Item is in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with original packaging where possible
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

Items that show excessive wear, damage caused by misuse, or that are returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@snuggyo.com with your order number and the reason for your return
2. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service — keep the tracking number as proof
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@snuggyo.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.

Sale Items

Items purchased at full price and items purchased on sale are both eligible for our 30-day refund policy under the same conditions above.

Exchange Policy
